Welcome to LedgerBuddy! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the LedgerBuddy application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service") provided by ThriveItBD ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Account Registration and Security

To use certain features of LedgerBuddy, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to keep your account information updated. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password.

2. License and Acceptable Use

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to download and install a copy of the application on a mobile device or computer that you own or control and to run such copy of the application solely for your own personal or internal business purposes.

You agree not to:

• Modify, disassemble, decompile, or reverse engineer the Service.
• Rent, lease, loan, resell, sublicense, distribute or otherwise transfer the Service to any third party.
• Use the Service to transmit any illegal, harmful, or offensive content.

3. Subscription and Billing

LedgerBuddy is offered with both free and premium subscription tiers. If you purchase a premium subscription, you agree to pay all applicable fees related to your subscription. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled prior to the end of the current billing cycle.

4. Data Ownership and Synchronization

You retain all rights to the financial data and content you input into LedgerBuddy. By using the cloud synchronization features, you grant us a license to securely store and process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ThriveItBD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
